We are well qualified to obtain a land-use approvals before zoning and planning boards, and equally as important, defend those approvals in court. We have represented homeowners, business owners, and developers before land use boards in Atlantic, Cape May, and Ocean Counties. We currently serve as the attorney for the Cape May Planning Board, the Cape May Zoning Board, and the combined Zoning/Planning Board for the Borough of West Cape May. We also have litigated zoning issues before the Superior Court for applicants, objectors, and municipalities. We have represented the City of Cape May, Borough of West Cape May, and the City of Linwood in Superior Court. We also will represented “objectors” in select cases. On behalf of “objectors”, Richard has compelled the relocation of an adjacent home that was built in violation of the zoning ordinance, and has prevented the construction of additional floors on a hotel impacting our client’s view of the ocean. We have successfully presented subdivision, site plan, and variance applications for homes and businesses.
